Go to YouTube. Search for the YouTube video and copy the URL you want to embed in your WordPress. Open the video and click on the share option located at the bottom right of the corner. Then click on embed and copy the code from there. 

Now, head back to your WordPress editor and paste the code in the text tab. Make sure you are in the next line. As soon as you paste the code, the video will automatically be embedded in your editor.
